Pre-Move Planning

Disconnection & Packing

• Colour-coded labelled disconnection of every device
• Anti-static packing for all sensitive equipment
• Specialist crating for servers and rack equipment
• Peripheral bagging: mice, keyboards, cables neatly grouped per user

Transport & Reinstallation

• Coordination with removal company or our own transport
• Chain of custody maintained throughout the move
• Weekend and out-of-hours moves to minimise disruption
• Every desk and device reinstalled and tested at the new site
• Full handover and sign-off documentation

Weekend & Out-of-Hours

Many moves complete over a weekend. Our engineers are set up for this — arriving Friday evening and leaving everything operational by Monday morning. Phased moves over multiple weekends are also available for larger offices.
